EMAIL PROBLEMS

NEW SECURITY RULES REQUIRE THAT YOU ENTER THE FULL EMAIL ADDRESS (mailbox@pcis.net) TO LOGON ON TO OUTLOOK EXPRESS OR THE WEB BASED MAIL PROGRAM.
IF YOU USED WWW.PCIS.NET/EXPRESS YOU WILL NEED TO USE HTTP://MAIL.PCIS.NET:3000 TO USE WEB BASED EMAIL TO DELETE LARGE OR BAD EMAILS THAT BLOCK YOUR REGULAR MAIL PROGRAM SUCH AS OUTLOOK EXPRESS  ENTER YOUR FULL EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD WHEN PROMPTED.  IF YOU ARE A WEB HOSTING CUSTOMER YOU WILL NEED TO USE  HTTP://MAIL.domainname:3000 IF IT DOESN'T WORK, YOUR DOMAIN IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING MOVED TO OUR NEW SERVER AND YOU WILL NEED TO USE HTTP://MAIL5.PCIS.NET/EXPRESS  UNTIL THE MOVE IS COMPLETED.

Check your mail when away from home
This is a web based email program that will let you verify that your email account is correct. It can also be used when you are not at your computer to check your mail. All messages will remain on the server unless you tell the program to delete them. We suggest that you do not use this as your main email program since you have no backup of your email or address book.
